Privacy policy

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a secure password hash. We also store references to worksheets you have generated or downloaded.

If you sign in with Google or another provider, we store only the account identifiers needed to recognise your login — no passwords are stored in that case.

Visitors who do not create accounts are not tracked beyond standard server access logs (IP address, page path, timestamp). These logs are used for security and uptime monitoring only.

Cookies & Advertising

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

Analytics

We may use anonymised page-view analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which worksheets are most useful. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

Worksheet PDFs are generated on our servers. We do not share your worksheet content or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected] and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Children

PaperKid is a tool for parents and teachers. Accounts must be created by an adult (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children directly.
